Distilled at the Diamond Distilled in Guayana in 2011 and aged in Scotland in an ex-Bourbon Barrel. It was bottled in 2023 at 50% vol. It has a flavour of vanilla & butterscotch, fermented fruits with rich toffee and a spicy longish finish.

Description

The Diamond Estate was established in 1670 and is the only remaining rum distillery in Gayana. The Port Mourant Still started life at the distillery of the same name, established in 1732. It now operates as one of the “heritage stills” at Diamond Ditillery.
